Dev Log 7 - Vertical Slice Playtest


Hi all, 

Today we have a short update on the game. Last week we were able to conduct a successful vertical slice playtest. The playtest consisted of an enclosed room where the player was able to test out all the game mechanics we have so far.  This includes our combat system and an enemy type and a mini-boss. 

Moving forward we will be working on polishing our current mechanics, making new enemies and refining the combat system. Currently we are working on adding 2 more basic enemy types, a mini-boss and the main boss. Level design has also begun including the assets and level hazards.
